At the helm is a dedicated and strengthened governance structure. CCML has a duly constituted a board responsible for providing overall strategic direction and oversight for the company. The seven (7)-member board is made up of well qualified and experienced professionals in banking, micro financial services, legal and general business services tasked with realizing the CCML mission.
Now with over 30 years of working experience, he graduated from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture in 1981, having obtained a BSc. Degree in Environmental Design in 1979 from the same University. He has since been a University professor, General Manager of Casa Builders Limited, Deputy Managing Director of Samlon Construction Company Limited and finally, the Managing Director in his own Firm of Architects.
With a Master's degree in Development Studies and an MBA Major in Finance, from the University of Ghana, Mr. Yaw Brantuo has over 20 years of working experience in the Business and Finance Industry. He has worked as an Assistant Manager at Securities Discount Company Ltd and a Manager for First Atlantic Merchant Bank Ltd. Most recently, he served as Project Manager for both Agricultural Financial Services and Bank Capacity Building under the Millennium Development Authority.
With an LLB in International Trade & Investment, a Bachelor of Law, a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate of Ministry, Rev. Fred Deegbe, an established man of the cloth, has served in many capacities ranging from his Pastoral duties at the Ghana Baptist Seminary and the New Tafo Baptist Church in Kumasi. His membership, insight and religious perspective has proved an asset for over 14 different Committees, Councils, Commissions and Coalitions.
As a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Mr. Ben Korley, has gathered over 37 years of working experience, holding various junior and senior positions at Tettey Ussher & Partners, Social Security Bank, Deloitte & Touche and most recently as a Partner at Intellisys.
He completed a post graduate diploma in Education, an S.J.D in Corporate Law, and an LLM in Human Rights. Since then, he has been an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Cape Coast, the Director of Legal Services and Investigation, a Senior Lecturer at the Ghana School of Law and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Cape Coast.
Equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a masters degree in Microfinance, she began her career working as a business/credit officer in a microfinance NGO working with urban poor in deprived areas of Accra. Subsequently, she joined Mel Consulting Ltd as an analyst and FSGN Consult as a Microfinance Consultant. For 14 years she has worked in Microfinance in various capacities both on the field and in the boardroom.
